As a REO and Short Sale Specialist, I have done listings for US Bank, NovaStar, Lighthouse, National Default Servicing, EMC Mortgage, AMC Mortgage, CAL REO, OCWEN, Keystone Asset Management, First American Servicing,Countrywide, Litton Loan Servicing and more in the area of BPOs.  I have performed services in the areas of cash for keys, evictions, overseeing Property Preservation Specialists in the areas of re-keying, trashouts, winterization, property maintenance and obtaining and submitting bids for repairs. I understand the importance of providing timely MMRs and updated BPOs and strive to get them to my customers as soon, or before, they are due.  I am a detail oriented person who believes in promptness of report submission, as well as supplying the customer with as many pictures as necessary to totally familiarize them with the properties they are intrusting me with.  If conditions change, I submit additional pictures to support my findings.  I understand that REO companies need to be fully informed, and I strive to keep updates currrent.
