Use of the UnitedREO.com website (Web Site) constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use stated below.

This web site is for providing information to users in need of a database access to properties. We do not recommend or endorse any appraiser listed on this Web Site. UnitedREO.com  does not recommend or endorse any property listed on this Web Site and nor does it assume any liability for the property or service performed by those listed with this Website nor for any advice or content of any material provided on any individual vendor website. 

2. UnitedREO.com does not warrant the validity of the information, nor does it guarantee the quality of the work product of the listed vendors. UnitedREO.com is not responsible for any material or information contained in the linked sites or provided by the vendors included in this Web Site. 

3. Limited Permitted Uses. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (1) to access and use the Web Site strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use; (2) to use the Web Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (3) to print out discrete information and search results from the Web Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained therein.

4. Only fully licensed vendors may list their services on this Web Site. We do not allow "Trainees" or "Registered" Appraisers. However, we will not guarantee the accuracy of any listed appraiser or assume any liability for any listed appraiser in this Web Site.

5. No Guarantees: Any statement, testimonial, or endorsement contained herein does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the ultimate result or outcome of your vendor services nor does it guarantee a response to your inquiries.

6. Information contained on or made available through the Web Site is not intended to and does not constitute vendor advice, or recommendations under any circumstance. Nothing submitted to this Web Site is treated as confidential. Provider does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, adequacy or currency of the information contained in or linked to the Web Site. Your use of information on the Web Site or materials linked from the Web Site is entirely at your own risk. Provider is not an appraisal firm and the Web Site is not an Appraisal Referral Service. Provider does not receive any portion of any appraisers or appraisal companies fees and any arrangements subsequently made by you and any appraiser or appraisal company are strictly between you and such party and do not involve Provider in any way.

7. Advertisers. This Web Site contains advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Web Site is accurate and complies with applicable laws. UnitedREO.com will not be responsible for the illegality of or any error or inaccuracy in any advertiser's or sponsor's materials. 

8. Modifications to Terms of Use. Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Updated versions of the Terms and Conditions of Use will appear on this Web Site and are effective immediately. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions of Use. Continued use of the Web Site after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes

9. Third-Party Content. Third-party content may appear on this Web Site or may be accessible via links from this Web Site. UnitedREO.com shall not be responsible for and assumes no liability for any mistakes, misstatements, defamation, omissions, falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations or any other form of content contained in any third-party content appearing on the Web Site. You understand that the information and opinions in the third-party content represent solely the thoughts of the author and is neither endorsed by nor does it reflect the belief of UnitedREO.com.

10. Listing Period. The appraiser listing maybe edited or updated at the discretion of UnitedREO.com at anytime. At the expiration of the listing, the listing will be removed at any time after expiration at the discretion of UnitedREO.com.

11. Listing Approvals. All new listings will be visible after license and insurance verification / approval on the website, however, they are subject to removal if the content does not abide by the Terms of Use of this Web Site or the content is not approved by this Web Site. If your listing is not approved, you will be given an email with an explanation of the reasons and be asked to make changes. 

12. Indemnification. You are solely liable for any content, messages or other information you transmit, provide or upload to the Web Site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnitedREO.com from any third party claim, action, demand, loss, or damages (including attorney's fees and costs) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use, your use of the Web Site, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Non-Waiver. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina and any action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in state or federal courts located in South Carolina and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. The failure of either party to enforce any rights hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of any terms or conditions of these Terms of Use.

14. Cancellation Policy. All requests for cancellation must be sent to info@unitedreo.com and a confirmation receipt received.  A full refund of subscription fee will be honored if cancelled within 2 days / 48 hours of initial subscription.  A refund of one-Half of subscription fee will be honored within 30 days of initial subscription.  After 30 days of initial subscription, no refunds will be issued.
